Job Description:

Nomad Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in F&B or QSR segment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the food and beverage industry, preferably in the QSR or delivery space.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools as well as traditional/main line marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
