Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative cum account assistant at head office for all these brands at ahmedabad. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, supporting the team with daily operations and majorly coordinating for reports and preparing excels and ppt for management.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Excellent language command in written and spoken English, Hindi is a must
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. Should be able to maintain excels of different companies and make it presentable as a MIS and ppt is a must
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Previous experience in maintaining excels and making ppt is a must
