We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a Merchant Risk Analyst who can help us move even faster.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you’ll do:This role will involve investigating sellers proactively and on an ad-hoc basis. You will also be working with Commercial, Seller Ops and other Risk team members for solving seller related issues.You will be taking ownership for investigating cases and coming to a logical conclusion by creating RCAs.Qualifications Required- Graduate/post-graduate degree- E-commerce background with experience in Catalog/Merchant Risk teams preferred- Experience in ticketing systems good to have- Be up to date about industry best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite products- SQL knowledge good to haveWho will excel?- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
