You will also be working with Commercial, Seller Ops and other Risk team members for solving seller related issues.You will be taking ownership for investigating cases and coming to a logical conclusion by creating RCAs.Qualifications Required- Graduate/post-graduate degree- E-commerce background with experience in Catalog/Merchant Risk teams preferred- Experience in ticketing systems good to have- Be up to date about industry best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google suite products- SQL knowledge good to haveWho will excel?- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
