We’re looking for a Head – Finance & Accounts who is hands-on with day-to-day accounting but also strong in MIS, costing, controls, and governance . This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in Pondicherry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, preparing financial reports, and advising on investment strategies.
