Join Our Team as a QA Engineer (Manual and Automation Testing) – Ensure Quality Excellence Across Projects

MSBC Group is seeking a skilled and proactive QA Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. This role goes beyond executing test cases—you will be a quality advocate, ensuring the reliability, performance, and consistency of deliverables across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and support our mission of delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts based on project requirements.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.

Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.

Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process.

Support deployment activities, including pre- and post-deployment validations.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

~ Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

~ Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar.

~ Experience with scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript (based on the framework).

~ Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.

~ Experience in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.

~ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
