We’re on the lookout for a  Jr. Consultant - Event Planning and Production  to join our dynamic team
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand event goals and create tailored plans.
Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and cost files.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure flawless execution.
Oversee production and logistics, managing everything from setup to teardown.
Work closely with internal teams to align branding and production with client expectations.
Lead on-site event staff and troubleshoot real-time challenges.
Prepare post-event reports and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in event planning and production.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Fluency in English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
A creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours when needed.
