We’re on the lookout for a Jr. Consultant - Event Planning and Production to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand event goals and create tailored plans.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and cost files.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee production and logistics, managing everything from setup to teardown.
• Work closely with internal teams to align branding and production with client expectations.
• Lead on-site event staff and troubleshoot real-time challenges.
• Prepare post-event reports and implement feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in event planning and production.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
• A creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours when needed.
