About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment and HR administration, all while contributing to the growth of a vibrant fashion brand.
As an HR Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring a seamless and efficient HR function in our fast-paced e-commerce environment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment for key roles.
Help prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Assist with tracking performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, etc.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives like team-building activities, events, and surveys.
Coordinate in the recruitment process
Assistance with payroll and statutory processes
Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (internships count).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
