About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment and HR administration, all while contributing to the growth of a vibrant fashion brand.

As an HR Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring a seamless and efficient HR function in our fast-paced e-commerce environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment for key roles.- Help prepare HR reports and documentation as required.- Assist with tracking performance reviews and employee development initiatives.- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, etc.- Help organize employee engagement initiatives like team-building activities, events, and surveys.- Coordinate in the recruitment process- Assistance with payroll and statutory processes

Skills & Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (internships count).- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
