Today, Max Val serves over 600 clients across the full IP life cycle with the industrys leading products and services. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server and Mongo DB databases. Manage database security, access control, and auditing . Perform database backup, restore, disaster recovery, and high availability setup . Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance, queries, and indexing . Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Power Shell, Bash, or Python). Collaborate with Dev Ops teams for CI/CD integration and cloud database deployments . Provide 24x7 production support for critical database systems on a rotational basis. Bachelor's degree in C omputer Science, Information Technology, or related field . ~1-2 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator (SQL & Mongo DB). ~ Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration (installation, clustering, HA/DR, tuning). ~ Hands-on experience with Mongo DB administration (replica sets, sharding, upgrades, backups). ~ Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries & stored procedures . ~ Experience with database monitoring tools (SQL Profiler, Mongo DB Atlas, Grafana). ~ Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance best practices . Knowledge of scripting languages for automation Experience with cloud database platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Mongo DB Atlas). Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and database orchestration . Exposure to Agile/Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of big data ecosystems and integration with analytics tools. Website Link:
