Senior Manager/Associate Vice President – Valuations & Transaction Support Location: Experience Level: 5–10 years (post-qualification)

NPV Valuation Services LLP ( is one of the leading valuation firms in India, now expanding its services across global geographies. With 15+ years of focused experience and presence across multiple locations, we aim to deliver high-quality valuation, financial modelling, M&A support, investment research, and transaction advisory services to investment banks, M&A advisors, PE/VC funds, corporates, and accounting firms worldwide.

NPV Valuation Services LLP is a part of NPV group ( offering full spectrum of professional services to medium and large clients and having operations across 11 locations in India and 2 in UAE.

We are seeking an experienced professional with significant exposure in Valuations, M&A Support, and Transaction Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of executing and reviewing valuation assignments, financial models, and due diligence reviews, with at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role. Valuations & Financial Modelling
Execute and review business valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and complex financial instrument valuations (as per IFRS, US GAAP and other regulatory requirements).
Build and review detailed financial models (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions, merger models, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
Deliver valuation support for M&A, restructuring, and compliance purposes (ASC, IRC, SEC, etc.).
M&A & Investment Banking Support
Oversee preparation of pitchbooks, teasers, CIMs, management presentations, and investor decks.
Coordinate due diligence support, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and sustainability reviews.
Lead thematic research, market mapping, competitive benchmarking, ESG analysis, and portfolio monitoring.
Support PE/VC clients in pre-deal analysis, post-investment monitoring, and exit planning.
Participate in client calls.
Support partners in building relationships with global clients and expanding NPV’s footprint into new geographies.
Qualifications and experience
Chartered Accountant (CA)/CFA/CPA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
Minimum 3 years of recent relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in valuation methodologies, financial reporting standards, and regulatory frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP, IRC, SEC, ASC etc.).
Prior experience in a leading valuation firm or boutique investment banking setup providing similar set of services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Comfortable working in an offshore execution model serving global geographies.
Exposure to cross-border M&A transactions, financial reporting valuations, and multi-sector global mandates.

High quality international client engagements across investment banks, PE/VC funds, and corporates.
