KHB houses highly recognized & awarded beer brand of India – ‘BeeYoung’ being India’s First Crafted Strong Beer, being a gold medalist beer at the European Beer Challenge, it has also won the hearts of consumers in all operational states. This position is for our first D2C model - ‘BeeYoung Brewgarden’ , aiming to redefine the craft beverage scene in delhi. Emphasizing principles of craftmanship,authencity & celebration, BYBG is a craft brewpub offering a unique & immersive craft beverage experience along with authentic culinary offerings. Job Title : Event Manager (Microbrewery Segment) I MC - Master of Ceremonies. Industry Preference - Should have worked with cafes, lounges or casual dining setups. Budget - 30K -35K Experience - 1-3years Job Overview : The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of various types. The role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from concept to completion, ensuring that the event runs smoothly, stays on budget. The Event Manager will coordinate to ensure every detail is handled with precision. Key Responsibilities : Event Planning & Conceptualization : Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the event. Develop event themes, formats, and detailed plans to ensure the success of the event. 2.Budget Management : Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenditures stay within allocated funds. Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best rates and terms. Monitor costs throughout the event planning process, making adjustments as needed. 3.Logistics & Coordination : Manage event setup, including audio-visual equipment, seating, décor etc. Create detailed event timelines and schedules for staff, vendors etc. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations related to events. 4.Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution. On-Site Management : Oversee event setup and dismantling. Ensure that the event runs smoothly by troubleshooting issues, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor all event activities to ensure compliance with agreements, timelines, and quality standards. Post-Event Evaluation : Analyze event success and areas for improvement to enhance future events. Report on event outcomes, including financials and attendee satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Knowledge of event safety regulations and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field (preferred). Key Attributes : Creativity and innovation in event planning and design. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
