Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative, located on-site in Noida. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our software, and closing sales deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and continuous feedback to improve product offerings.

Own and manage the full sales cycle — from qualifying leads to closing deals

Pitch and demo our Dry Cleaning ERP SaaS platform (POS, CRM, Pickup Scheduler, Customer App, etc.) to laundry and dry-cleaning business owners

Maintain a healthy pipeline and document progress in our internal CRM

Domestic and International travel as required.

1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (POS, CRM, ERP background is a plus)

~ Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi

~ Someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone and own conversations

~ Bonus: You've sold to SMBs or owners who aren't super tech-savvy

~ Retail POS or Franchise CRM solutions

~ Salon/Wellness CRM software
