The role involves designing and executing test cases, validating model outputs, and ensuring the overall quality, reliability, and fairness of AI systems.This engagement is a part of our initiative to diversify our talent pool and establish a long-term partnership for future GCC expansion.Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and test AI/ML models to ensure expected functionality and accuracy.- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases covering all stages of the ML workflow.- Perform data validation, bias testing, and model performance checks.- Automate test processes using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.- Validate API integrations, performance, and security aspects of AI systems.- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in agile environments to identify and resolve issues.- Analyze results, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks.Required Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and test case design.- Proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of machine learning / deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Keras, etc.).- Familiarity with test automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Postman.- Experience in data analysis, data quality assurance, and AI bias testing.- Knowledge of API, performance, and security testing.- Solid understanding of AI workflows — training, inference, model deployment.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile / Dev Ops environments.
