The role involves designing and executing test cases, validating model outputs, and ensuring the overall quality, reliability, and fairness of AI systems.This engagement is a part of our initiative to diversify our talent pool and establish a long-term partnership for future GCC expansion.Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and test AI/ML models to ensure expected functionality and accuracy. - Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases covering all stages of the ML workflow. - Perform data validation, bias testing, and model performance checks. - Automate test processes using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman. - Validate API integrations, performance, and security aspects of AI systems. - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams in agile environments to identify and resolve issues. - Analyze results, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks.Required Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, SDLC, and test case design. - Proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of machine learning / deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.). - Familiarity with test automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Postman. - Experience in data analysis, data quality assurance, and AI bias testing. - Knowledge of API, performance, and security testing. - Solid understanding of AI workflows — training, inference, model deployment. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in Agile / DevOps environments.
