Job Summary
Work directly with the Founders on high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional operations. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and contributing to early-stage ventures, this is your chance to shine
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Work closely with the Founders to identify priorities, develop strategies, and drive key initiatives.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and prepare business plans, market analyses, and feasibility reports.
Market Analysis & User Research
Engage with users to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable plans.
Monitor industry trends and suggest actionable insights.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Focus
Identify and assist in prioritizing growth opportunities, including new channels, partnerships, and market segments.
Assist in planning and executing GTM strategies for product launches and market expansion.
Develop and execute initiatives to foster a strong, engaged community around Tradomate.
Develop and track metrics to evaluate performance.
Operations & Process Optimization
Streamline and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Given the dynamic nature of a startup environment, responsibilities may extend beyond the aforementioned scope.
Qualifications
Experience : 3+ years in management, consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a startup environment. Fintech, B2C, or venture experience is a plus.
Analytical skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Leadership Potential : Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Adaptability : Comfort working in ambiguous situations and tackling a diverse range of challenges.
Passion for Fintech : Strong interest in trading, financial markets, and technology-driven solutions.
Traits
