About Us

Tradomate One Pvt. Ltd. is a Wealth-Tech SaaS platform specializing in trade analysis, backed by Antler. As we expand, We are looking for someone to join our team in a Founder's Office role.


Job Summary

Work directly with the Founders on high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional operations. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and contributing to early-stage ventures, this is your chance to shine


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Work closely with the Founders to identify priorities, develop strategies, and drive key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and prepare business plans, market analyses, and feasibility reports.

Market Analysis & User Research

  • Engage with users to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and suggest actionable insights.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Focus

  • Identify and assist in prioritizing growth opportunities, including new channels, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Assist in planning and executing GTM strategies for product launches and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to foster a strong, engaged community around Tradomate.
  • Develop and track metrics to evaluate performance.

Operations & Process Optimization

  • Streamline and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.


Given the dynamic nature of a startup environment, responsibilities may extend beyond the aforementioned scope.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in management, consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a startup environment. Fintech, B2C, or venture experience is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in ambiguous situations and tackling a diverse range of challenges.
  • Passion for Fintech: Strong interest in trading, financial markets, and technology-driven solutions.
