Company DescriptionAsdflo is India’s trusted platform for connecting parents of neurodiverse children with verified therapists, child development centers, inclusive schools, and support professionals.We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite position in Madhapur, Hyderabad with a corporate healthcare organization.The role involves providing speech therapy services to children, primarily aged 2–6 years, in a structured clinical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for SLP professionals who are passionate about pediatric communication disorders and early interventionRole DescriptionKey Responsibilities• Review and verify all required paperwork for beginning services• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children• Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals• Coordinate scheduling of evaluations and therapy sessions• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy• Demonstrate empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professional conduct• Write daily session notes, progress reports, and re-evaluation reports• Educate families for better carryover into home environments• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, educators, etc.)• Implement ABA-informed strategies when appropriate (training provided)• Participate in parent and staff training sessions• Identify required materials and assessments and share with supervisors• Stay updated with new therapy research and best practices• Contribute to department visibility through collaborations and online content.Required Skills • Passion for working with children with ASD • Clinical confidence and strong communication skills • Ability to work independently after initial training • Solid documentation and writing skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word • Experience in pediatric outpatient or clinical settings (preferred)Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP)⏱️ Job Type • Full-Time (Salaried or Hourly based on experience) • Immediate joiners preferredHow to Apply If this role matches your experience and interest, share your resume with Asdflo:WhatsApp: Email: Opportunity StatementWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and promote a discrimination-free workplace.
