A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses, diagnoses, and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. They work with Children of all ages, from children with developmental delays to adults recovering from strokes or neurological conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
- Provide therapy for speech sound production, fluency (stuttering), voice modulation, language comprehension, and social communication.
- Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers about communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Utilize speech-generating devices and assistive communication technology when necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure and certification
- Experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
