Role : Senior Engineering Manager ( Can manage 1-2 EM's )
Skill - Proficiency in Java and related development tools.
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles, microservices architecture, and SaaS deployment models.
Experience : 8 + Years
Location : Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Gurgaon
Architectural Design & Development:
Lead the design and development efforts of scalable, configurable SaaS platform. Define system requirements, architecture, and interfaces to meet customer needs and industry standards. Drive the implementation of innovative solutions that ensure the platform's scalability, flexibility, and performance. Design and architect scalable, robust, and secure backend systems using the latest technologies. Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers. Lead by example in adopting best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes excellence and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on architectural decisions and project goals.
System Integration:
Design and implement integration solutions to enable seamless interoperability between the platform and external systems or third-party services. Ensure compatibility, reliability, and security of integrated systems through rigorous testing and validation. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the development process and product performance. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. Ensure the technology stack remains current and effective in meeting business needs.
Performance Optimization:
Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance the platform's responsiveness, scalability, and efficiency. Conduct thorough performance analysis and tuning to maximize system throughput and resource utilization. Utilize a deep understanding of AWS services to architect and deploy scalable cloud solutions. Optimize AWS resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Provide guidance on leveraging AWS capabilities to enhance product offerings.
Project Management:
Responsible for project management, people management, team growth and incident management. Partner with product management, engineers, business, and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture and practices, roadmap, and release plans. Create execution plan and lead the engineering team to execute the vision.

- Do you know how to tune queries ?
- Do you know how to handle high concurrency in Database.?
- Which is the largest RDBMS table you have dealt with ( in terms of number of records) ?
- What care/precaution have you taken to alter this table in production ?
- How you move a release to production ? What are the steps involved.
- Have you implemented GenAI in your current assignment ?
- Explain the technical & deployment architecture of Kafka in Production in your project.
- Articulation Ability should be above the threshold.
- Do you have hands-on experience on front end and backend technologies in J2EE Stack ?
