Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Urban Flea in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, fashion and lifestyle understanding and fostering business relationships to promote the flea market.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with brands, artisans, and creators to ensure a diverse and unique lineup of offerings for each Urban Flea event.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on expanding Urban Flea’s network and strengthening our brand presence.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and national brands, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive event success.
- Manage sponsorship initiatives by researching potential sponsors, reaching out, and negotiating terms that align with Urban Flea’s mission and goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential collaborators.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure a seamless brand experience for participating vendors and sponsors.
- Monitor partnership performance, providing feedback and insights to enhance future collaborations and maintain high partner satisfaction.
