Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Products with a strong background in B2B Fintech to lead our product strategy, development, and execution. The ideal candidate will drive the vision, design, and execution of innovative fintech solutions that meet the needs of our business clients. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, collaborate across departments, and deliver impactful products in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market opportunities, especially in the B2B fintech space.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to ensure our offerings stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
  • Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact between the product team and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on product development, goals, and timelines.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data, customer feedback, and key metrics to guide product decisions, optimizing performance and user satisfaction.
  • Innovative Solutions : Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation within the fintech sector, with a focus on improving user experience, reducing costs, and enhancing security.
  • Risk Management : Understand and manage regulatory risks and compliance issues related to financial technologies and services.

Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.

Experience :

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the B2B fintech or Insuretech space.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and launching successful products.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
