Neokred is a Fin Tech company based in Bangalore and an ISO 9001 | 27001, 27701 & 20000-1 and CISA & CICRA certified firm in Information and Data Security. The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, Fin Techs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Management to lead and manage the full lifecycle of new features and products within our Reg Tech, Payment-tech, and Data-consent Tech domains. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving product innovation from high-level concept through to delivery and end-of-life. You will be overseeing the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives. Your roles & responsibilities will include the following: Managing the product lifecycle : Overseeing Neokred’ s customer journey product from start to finish, ensuring innovation and positive outcomes. Developing a multi-year strategy: Creating and executing a plan to meet evolving customer needs and addressing their accounting challenges. Representing customer needs : Advocating for customer requirements within internal teams with clear communication. Collaborating with engineers: Working with engineers to find innovative solutions and aligning with long term goals. Supporting sales calls: Providing expert product insights during customer calls to help secure deals. Prioritizing product roadmap: Using sound judgment to make trade-offs and prioritizing features based on strategic goals and customer value. Collaborating with the marketing team : Partnering with marketing team to position the product effectively in the market. Coordinating with the support team : Ensuring smooth resolution of product issues with the support team. Being a domain expert : Representing Neokred at industry events and customer visits to build the brand. Lead and mentor: Guiding and supporting product managers to help advance their careers. YOU SHOULD POSSESS: 8+ years of product management experience with a track record in enterprise/B2 B Saa S and B2 C products. Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and management processes. Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to make tough trade-off decisions and create effective roadmaps. Experience in translating product vision into clear business requirements, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data. Strong communication skills, adept at handling executive-level and technical discussions. Flexibility to manage ad-hoc projects in a dynamic startup environment. BS or MS in Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent industry experience.
