Trianz | Senior Product Marketing Manager | bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of PMMs for Concierto marketing in Bangalore
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
- Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and positioning for the product portfolio
- Drive inputs into the product strategy and product roadmap to meet business goals
- Define product functionality and positioning together with Product Engineering teams
- Work closely with s customer needs and identify strategic engagements
- Coordinate outbound campaigns to include creative use of content marketing/social media/blogs/ internet and participation in events
- Coordinate product collateral, sales training materials, and success stories/references. Regularly train and interact with the sales channel
- Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and market trends
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote products
- Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and design for marketing campaigns
- Expect around 20% travel
Requirements:
- Team management experience is mandatory. Experience of managing 2-3 PMMs is ideal.
- Experience in cloud marketing field will be advantageous
- Product/ Services Marketing experience with 4-5 years marketing for a cloud product or services
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product launch, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative teams
