Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive (Fresher) for our Import & Export division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing sales operations in both domestic and international markets. ( Freshers can apply - Fluent English Communication skills are Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in import and export.
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and trading partners globally.
- Generate new leads, negotiate deals, and close sales contracts
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Stay updated on international trade policies, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of import-export procedures, Incoterms, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Multilingual skills (preferred for international clients).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in import-export or trading business.
- Knowledge of international trade laws, logistics, and documentation will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
