About RoboCHAMPS

RoboCHAMPS is the hands-on experience arm of BrightCHAMPS.
What is this role about?
A passionate craftsman of a childs experience through modern technological marvels, who possesses the art of a maker with the heart of a teacher, and can make a childs every minute with RoboCHAMPS playfully engaging, memorable, and purposeful.
As a Senior Manager- Student Experience you'll:
End-to-end Experience Ownership
- take ownership of the end-to-end experience of all students enrolled/ considering enrollment at RoboCHAMPS, including but not limited to, classroom experience, teaching interface experience, kits and curriculum, project-making experience, learning path, age-geo nitty-gritty, student assessment and progress tracking, teacher training, and more
- evaluate the existing curricula/ learning paths/ tracks; gather and assess periodic feedback, find gaps in the journey, and get necessary iterations/ changes implemented
- design and own new hands-on robotics experiences across all teaching channels, i.e., one-to-one live classes, offline centers, contests and events, etc.
- design and own the visual, conversational, instructional, consultative, digital, and other such intangible experiences and assets
- oversee the teacher training and ensure that all teachers are up-to-date with the latest developments/ learning journeys/ content/ etc.
- collaborate with external teams to ensure that students get the most updated experience delivered via platforms/ dashboards/ etc. at all times
- collaborate with the central teams and hub-specific teams to keep such experiences aligned with the organizations goals and objectives at all times
Managing Processes and Resources
- be the owner of all the processes related to hands-on experiences for children, for example - demonstrations, regular classes, kit supply chain, teacher training, competitions/ events, etc.
- lead and manage the processes towards curricula/ teaching content development, and ensure continuous improvement from time to time
- lead and manage the kit supply chain, ensuring smooth procurement and a smoother timely delivery to all students enrolled with RoboCHAMPS
- lead and manage the teacher training team and ensure that all the teachers are adequately skilled, trained, and updated with the latest versions of the curricula at all times
- continuously track the operational health of all learning delivery systems from time to time and make necessary repairs/ improvements
- be responsible for all the budgeting, equipment, consumables, and other resources under the purview of R&D, production, and other hands-on/ robotics experiences
- be responsible for maintaining necessary documentation for processes, events, feedback, etc.
Team Development and Management
- lead, manage, and train the teams specific to the RoboCHAMPS experience, including but not limited to, curricula development, kit supply chain, and teacher training
- provide training, guidance, and supervision to the team on managing the experience for both children and parents and effectively handling cross-departmental dependencies (with the sales team, the teaching team, the curricula team, etc.)
- manage, evaluate the performance of, and maintain target KPIs across all teams
Strategize and Collaborate
- leverage the RoboCHAMPS experience for providing inputs to the organizations strategy from time to time, for example - feedback on curricula, conducting primary/ secondary research, testing pedagogies, etc.
- collaborate with the necessary teams to achieve specific goals for the hands-on experience, for example - with marketing, sales, PR, etc.

- planning well to the depths of a well and sticking to it as algae would;
- working hard and partying harder
- We prefer if you have
- two or more years of experience in a high-paced scaling environment of startups;
- experience with education-technology startups or products/ services targeting students and parents, preferably globally;
- recommendations from your previous employers that we cant resist even if we wanted to;
- entrepreneurial background with experience in mechatronics/ toys/ competitions/ events/ schools etc.
