If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a proven track record in solar sales, this is your chance to shine Position: Residential Solar Sales Executive Type: Full-Time Drive residential solar sales by identifying and engaging potential customers through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networks. Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, government incentives, and environmental impact. Conduct site assessments, prepare customized proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless installations and post-sale support. Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and contribute to our growth in the renewable sector. Direct experience in the solar industry, preferably in residential sales (minimum 1-2 years). Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting targets and closing deals. Must own a 2-wheeler for efficient local travel (travel allowance provided separately). Bachelor's degree or equivalent; knowledge of solar products and incentives is a plus.
