Role Overview We are seeking a proven Operations Manager (Digital Marketing) to lead our marketing delivery team based in Mohali. This is a leadership role suited for a driven, organised, and business-minded individual who thrives in managing both people and projects. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations for our digital marketing division, ensuring efficient workflow, campaign delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational excellence, business development acumen, and leadership discipline. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations for the Digital Marketing team including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content. Coordinate with Australian clients and internal teams to align deliverables with business goals. Supervise project timelines, task allocation, and campaign performance reporting. Identify opportunities for client expansion and business growth. Maintain process discipline and uphold performance KPIs across the marketing department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Sales) to deliver complete marketing solutions. Drive process automation and workflow efficiency within the marketing division. Support leadership in strategic planning and scaling offshore operations. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing operations or agency management. Proven track record in business development and managing client relationships. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Analytics). Excellent team leadership, task management, and reporting skills. Hands-on experience with project management and CRM tools (Zoho, Asana, or similar). Ability to thrive under deadlines while maintaining quality and communication. Strong English communication (written and verbal) and client presentation skills.
