S.-based trucking marketplace rated 4.9★ on Trustpilot and trusted by 1300+ trucking companies.What You’ll DoAs an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U. S. freight industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.Your key responsibilities will include:- Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers- Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs- Following up via email/phone to ensure timely payments- Reconciling payments and updating ERP/factoring systems- Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches- Coordinating with U. S. clients and internal operations teams- Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs- Assisting with audits and monthly closing reportsWho You Are- A fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or any related field- Holds a Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, BBA, BSc, etc.)- Has strong communication skills (spoken and written English)- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (India night hours)- Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers- Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlinesNice to Have- Exposure to receivables/collections in any industry- Experience handling logistics documents like BOLs, Rate Cons, PODs- Familiarity with finance applications like Quick Books, TAFS, etc.What We Offer- Hands-on training in U.
