Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist / HANA Consultant with expertise in Finance (FICO) or Logistics (MM / SD / PP / EWM) to support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support SAP Specialist / HANA implementation and migration projects . Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business needs. Support Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) or Logistics processes (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing). Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Prepare functional specifications and system documentation. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of experience in SAP consulting with Specialist /HANA exposure . Strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics modules . Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration . Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
