VARITE is a global IT company providing software and engineering consulting and team augmentation services to Fortune 1000 companies in USA, CANADA, and INDIA. VARITE is currently a primary and direct vendor to the leading corporations in the areas of Cloud, Data Sciences, Infrastructure Application Software, Mobility, Robotics, Banking & Financial Systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand Travel Implementation/Deployment projects.
Be familiar with Concur.
Work on complex deployment projects across multiple phases, involving multiple countries and phased launches.
Coordinate with various internal partners (Implementation Project Owner, and various other product deployment stakeholders like Connect Profile & Connect Client).
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including TMCs, vendors, and clients to align project objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of upstream and downstream processes in travel systems.
Apply deep knowledge of TMC operations, travel operations, ticketing, and customer service.
Manage offline servicing processes and tools.
Provide expertise in GDS systems, with a focus on Sabre and Amadeus; Apollo and Galileo experience is a plus.
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Work using detailed project plans, including issue logs, risk assessments, and regular status reports.
Report progress and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and prioritization.
Create and maintain project documentation, including guidelines, best practices, and performance reports.
Participate in client interactions, including training, troubleshooting, data gathering, and escalation management.
Facilitate change management for smooth adoption of new systems and tools.
Track and report project progress using tools such as Salesforce
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by meeting deadlines and delivering solutions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience managing large, complex global projects in the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre and Amadeus preferred; Apollo and Galileo a plus).
Familiarity with TMC operations, partnerships, and service models.
Expertise in TMC servicing processes.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience overall with travel product deployments.
The candidate should have GDS knowledge (Sabre and Amadeus)
Have strong communication skills in English written and verbal
Be familiar with the Concur Travel Online Booking tool
A candidate should have the ability to assess issues/risks, exhibit analytical skills and a solution mindset
