Looking for Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for continuous learning to join our dynamic marketing team. Requirements & Skills:
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
○ Strong quantitative background with data-driven thinking.
● Experience:
○ At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with in-house performance marketing in technology, e-commerce, travel, or mobile gaming industries.
○ Proficiency in managing campaigns across major ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads.
○ Experience with ad networks for acquisition campaigns is highly desirable.
● Additional Skills:
○ Basic understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO.
○ Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful reports.
○ Creative mindset to identify target audiences and develop engaging campaigns.
○ Knowledge of programmatic ad buying is a plus.
○ Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing
