Weare expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join us. If you are passionate about visual storytelling and have the ability to create engaging designs, this role is perfect for you


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Visual Content Creation

Design and develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

○ Create visuals aligned with AECC's branding guidelines and campaigns.


2. Video and Motion Graphics


○ Collaborate with the marketing team to design infographics, GIFs, and animations for digital campaigns.

○ Assist with basic video editing for social media reels and YouTube content.


3. Print Collateral Design


○ Create brochures, flyers, standees, and other offline marketing materials for events and fairs.

○ Work with printers to ensure high-quality output and correct formatting.


4. Brand Consistency


○ Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables, from online to offline assets.

○ Coordinate with the regional teams to align local marketing campaigns with the national brand identity.


5. Collaboration & Communication


○ Work closely with the content, marketing, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life.

○ Stay updated with design trends to maintain fresh and innovative outputs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 1yearof experience in graphic design, preferably in education, consultancy, or service sectors.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus. ● Understanding of design principles and typography.

● Creative flair with strong attention to detail.

● Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

● Basic knowledge of digital marketing trends is an added advantage.
