Job Title: E-commerce Head
Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance the online customer experience.
Oversee the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to create a seamless online shopping experience.
Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead initiatives to optimize the online customer journey, including website design, product categorization, and checkout processes.
Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and traffic to the e-commerce site.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Manage relationships with external partners, including payment processors, logistics providers, and digital marketing agencies.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong track record of driving online sales growth.
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, India Mart, Amazon) and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
