We’re hiring afull-time RCM Operations Managerto lead and scale our end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This is aremote position based in India , working closely with our U.S. leadership and client practices.What We’re Looking For10+ yearsof hands-on experience inend-to-end U.S. medical RCM , including:Eligibility & benefits verificationAuthorization managementCharge entry & coding reviewClaims submission & clearinghouse workflowsPayment postingDenial managementA/R follow-up and patient collections3+ years in a leadership role(Assistant Manager or Manager level)Proven experience managingRCM teams and processesStrong working knowledge of EMRs, clearinghouses, and U.S. payer workflowsExcellent communication and coordination skills with U.S.-based clientsRole ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage full RCM cycle for assigned clientsLead, train, and monitor a team of billers, AR callers, and codersEnsure high performance on key metrics: clean claims rate, denial rate, collections, etc.Coordinate with internal and client-side teams to resolve issues quicklyImplement process improvements and SOPs to scale operationsWork inU.S. time zones(partial or full overlap required)Location : Remote, IndiaType : Full-timeSalary : Competitive (based on experience)If you’re an RCM leader ready to take full ownership of operations and deliver exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.
