We have openings for aDirector of Operationsand aSenior Manager of Practice Excellence .Position Overviews & Key Responsibilities:1. Director of Operations - RCM (Strategic & P&L Leadership)This role is for a visionary leader who will own the strategy and P&L for our RCM division. Strategic Vision:Develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision and financial targets. Financial Stewardship:Own the division's P&L, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through optimized revenue capture, reduced denials, and accelerated collections. Operational Scale:Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to streamline end-to-end RCM processes for efficiency and scalability. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a large, high-performing team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.2. Senior Manager - RCM Practice Excellence (Client-Facing & Operational Execution) This role is for a client-centric leader who excels at building relationships and driving daily operational excellence. Client Partnership:Act as the primary strategic contact for US clients, building trusted partnerships with Physicians and their offices to ensure exceptional satisfaction and retention. Performance Optimization:Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational KPIs to drive data-backed process improvements across the entire RCM lifecycle. Cross-Functional Leadership:Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (AR, Credentialing, etc.), facilitating seamless communication and project execution. Process Champion:Lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resolve complex operational challenges.Who We Are Looking For:For the Director Role: 15-20 years in US RCM, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, AVP) overseeing large-scale operations. Deep expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and driving technology-led transformations. A proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading large, high-performance teams.For the Senior Manager Role:10+ years of hands-on experience in US RCM, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. A minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience, communicating effectively with US Physicians and their staff. Proven ability as a project manager and data-driven analyst to improve operational metrics.Both Roles Require: Deep, end-to-end knowledge of the US RCM lifecycle (Coding, Billing, A/R, Denials, etc.).
