Job Description We are looking for a merchandiser with 4-6 years of experience who is an expert in critical path management, is passionate about product, details, and men’s fashion. You will be responsible for product development and production merchandising of new and existing product categories while ensuring Andamen’s product achieves the highest international standards. Our inventory is currently scaling exponentially in terms of width, depth, new products, and new categories. As a key member in our sourcing team, you will play a pivotal part in propelling Andamen in this phase of rapid growth. Your responsibilities: • Own, manage and achieve the critical path of existing and new product categories • Work with all teams including design, fabric & garment technology, quality, production to ensure critical path achievement. • Plan and execute the product calendar from design to in-warehouse, and its achievement by all internal + external stakeholders, with end-to-end drive, ownership, and relationship management. • Manage the R&D into new fabrics, techniques, silhouettes while always managing their production feasibility • Implement strategies for constantly streamlining processes, improving margins and upgrading the product • Collaborate with the marketing, technology and operations teams on all dependencies and shared tasks What we’re looking for: • 4-6 years of experience in mens apparel sourcing/merchandising • Demonstrated expertise in critical path management with an understanding of TNAs • An expert solution driver with excellent relationship management skills • Demonstrated passion and knowledge for product – fabrics, construction, design – preferably with experience of the flatknits/ circular knits categories • Good verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to be self-motivated and work independently and as a team player. • Preference for candidates with experience in premium/luxury brands and a strong eye for detail • The candidate will report to the sourcing manager About us: We are a sophisticated men’s fashion company.
