Candidates m ust have excellent and fluent communication skills in English. Candidates sh ould have experience into troubl eshooting to support service desk tickets for associates. Candidates must have on paper experience and knowledge about networking conce pts like DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN and technologies/Active Directory/BSOD/VDI /OS365. Only Graduates are eligible. Flexible and Open to work ing in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays. Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from p roviding excellent customer service. Candidates m ust have good technical skills with basic networking concepts. Candidates ha ve to be immediate joiners. Candidates s hould be comfortable with work from office. Candidates should be located within 25 kms of boundary from office location. Candidates must have all employment do cuments (releasing letter, experience letter, offer letter and pl ay slips) from their previous work experience (if experienced).
