Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent English Communication skills is mandatory.
- Freshers or minimum 1 year experience into IT Service Desk on paper
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidate should have 0-1 year of on paper experience as a Service Desk Analyst.
- Candidates must have excellent and fluent communication skills in English.
- Candidates should have experience into troubleshooting to support service desk tickets for associates.
- Candidates must have on paper experience and knowledge about networking concepts like DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN and technologies/Active Directory/BSOD/VDI /OS365.
- Only Graduates are eligible.
- Flexible and Open to working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts and rotating weeks off including holidays.
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
- Candidates must have good technical skills with basic networking concepts.
- Candidates have to be immediate joiners.
- Candidates should be comfortable with work from office.
- Candidates should be located within 25 kms of boundary from office location.
- Candidates must have all employment documents (releasing letter, experience letter, offer letter and play slips) from their previous work experience (if experienced).
- Candidates should have all their marksheets and certificates.
- Candidates must have all government ID proofs (AADHAR CARD & PAN CARD)
