Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings and generate new leads for promoting Permanent Recruitment & Staffing Solutions.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring delivery and service excellence.
- Take responsibility for P&L in the division, optimizing financial performance.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on financial growth.
- Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, CHROs, promoters) to drive business success.
- Conduct research to identify new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Lead the process of setting up initial meetings with prospective clients.
- Utilize B2B/corporate sales expertise to manage top-level profiles.
- Identify and qualify leads, targeting potential business opportunities.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation and progress in CRM systems.
- Analyze industry trends to refine lead generation and sales strategies.
- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing industry, specifically targeting HR and recruitment teams for permanent, temporary, and contractual staffing services.
- Client Outreach: Build relationships with HR professionals and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and propose the right recruitment solutions.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Sales Support: Support senior BD team members with follow-ups, lead nurturing, and converting prospects into clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
- Prioritize business and client management with a strong emphasis on profit and loss .
- Must have experience in new client acquisition in recruitment consulting industry
- Should be Good Team Player with good management skills required
- Actively participating in collaboration and teamwork to foster a cohesive and harmonious work atmosphere
- Effective problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions
