Responsibilities- Responsible to achieve profitable sales for the branch/region assigned- Ensure due attention is given to sales growth to all product ranges with all fairness & to the best of the sales team’s capacity- Monitor Market & Customer potential in the branch assigned- Ensure Dy Star is fairly represented at all major Key Accounts in the Branch; create opportunities of engagement with customers wherever necessary- Responsible for set-up in coordination with branch Sales-BD team (annually), customer-wise sales targets through Annual KA Sales targets & KA opportunities for growth or retention of business- Set aspirational sales targets for the branch- Monitor branch sales performance vis-a-vis target on regular basis; correct course of actions where necessary- Ensuring all such actions are updated by the Branch Sales team in Sales cloud or Share Point or as mandated by the MIS- Nurture relationship with key decision-makers at all key customers in the branch- Seek technical support for customers in branch, when necessary or as per needs of business- Responsible for price revisions at customers & distributors in the branch, as and when necessary- Responsible to provide as accurate demand forecast for Dy Star products; coordinate with CS & SCM for avoiding stock out situations- Responsible for Distributor management by way of monthly reviews – Demand FC, receivables, Key
