Job Overview :
As a Data Entry Clerk , you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various company systems. This role is essential for ensuring data integrity and supporting the efficiency of our operations. You will work independently and collaborate with other team members to ensure data is consistently accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately enter and update data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data to ensure quality control.
Process and organize data, files, and documents in a secure and accessible manner.
Perform regular audits and quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies.
Assist in generating reports or summaries based on entered data as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Respond to data-related inquiries from internal teams and provide timely support.
Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues or errors.
Perform additional data entry and administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Experience with data entry software or database management systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
