Who we areAt Beco, we're building a sustainable FMCG brand for the modern Indian consumer. With a fast-growing D2C business, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help us scale through smart, high-ROI campaigns. If you're someone who's excited by ROAS, funnels, and data-backed experimentation—this is for you.What you'll doPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channelsTrack and improve key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, and conversion rateRun A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve performanceWork closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goalsAnalyze campaign performance and turn data into clear, actionable insightsIdentify and test new channels or formats to scale D2C acquisition and retentionWhat we're looking for1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for D2C or e-commerce brandsStrong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools, and performance metricsData-first mindset with a knack for optimization and experimentationComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExperience with email/SMS/WhatsApp marketingWorking knowledge of GA4, Mixpanel, or similar toolsFamiliarity with Shopify and conversion funnel strategiesBehavioral Traits that MatterYou're curious and self-driven – always testing, learning, and tweakingYou have a strong bias for action – you don't wait to be told, you try and testYou enjoy solving problems and are analytical by instinctYou're collaborative and enjoy working with creative and product teamsYou take ownership and accountability for outcomes—not just tasksWebsite - -
