Job Title: SAP Project Manager Location: Greater Noida

Work from office : Experience Level: Senior (15–20 years)

Key Skill : Must managed end to end implementation projects, HANA Implementation, Project Management, Client management.

We at Coforge are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong functional background, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management (SCM), to lead and manage S/4HANA implementation and global rollout projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects across geographies.

Must directly managed implementation/Roll out projects in S4HANA.

Managed at least 2-3 largescale Global roll out projects.

Must have good functional and implementation knowledge earlier (preferably Manufacturing/SCM).

Project Leadership:

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Successfully manage 2–3 global SAP rollout projects, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure smooth deployment and support.

Facilitate regular status meetings, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication of project updates.

Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.

Risk & Change Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Oversee testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.

~10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations.
