About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and manage S/4HANA implementation and global rollout projects, driving business growth and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects across multiple regions.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, leveraging expertise in Manufacturing or SCM to guide solution design and business process alignment.
Functional Expertise
  • Leverage deep functional knowledge in Manufacturing or SCM to guide solution design and business process alignment, collaborating with functional consultants and business users to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and support, resolving conflicts and escalating issues when necessary to maintain project momentum.
Global Rollouts
  • Successfully manage 2–3 global SAP rollout projects, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication of project updates, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations, possessing a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong functional background in Manufacturing or SCM, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment, leading global rollout projects and driving business growth.
