We combine AI, LLMs, and automation to empower consumers in navigating a complex healthcare system. We have a top-10% team and culture, and seek similar great people to be a foundation for Advocara as we grow. We’re looking for a Developer to help architect and build our core platform at a senior or lead level. You’ll work in Python and Next.js , deploy to AWS , use and extend on our observability stack. This is a full-time remote position, with a preference for candidates in India who can work with substantial overlap to US Eastern Time hours. Design and implement key features across frontend and backend Support DevOps, deployment or production as needed Use AI in innovative ways to make an impact for millions of people Strong software design ability, collaborative Knowledge of Python and Next.js AWS knowledge Experience working with AI/LLM tools , prompt engineering, RAG, frameworks Exposure to US healthcare systems , especially insurance claims, billing, or EHRs Experience building consumer-facing products Familiar with cloud platforms, particularly AWS Demonstrated history of innovation, rapid growth, or standout contributions — through promotions, original projects, academic excellence or similar Compensation and Benefits Moderate base salary + high bonus plan + substantial equity - commensurate to experience You will have opportunities to grow and be mentored.
