You’ll work in Python and Next.js, deploy to AWS, use and extend on our observability stack. Write clean, testable, and well-designed code. This is a role for a strong, productive engineer—someone who can move fast with thoughtfulness, contribute architectural insight, and execute at a high level.This is a full-time remote position, with a preference for candidates in India who can work with substantial overlap to US Eastern Time hours.What you’ll doDesign and implement key features across frontend and backendSupport DevOps, deployment or production as neededWork closely with a small, committed teamUse AI in innovative ways to make an impact for millions of peopleContribute to the startup in other capacities that match your skills or interestRequired skillsStrong software design ability, collaborativeFast, focused, and eager to take ownershipKnowledge of Python and Next.jsAWS knowledgeWrite modular, maintainable, well-tested codeThrive in early-stage environments with high responsibilityNice-to-have skills (not required)Experience working with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, RAG, frameworksExposure to US healthcare systems, especially insurance claims, billing, or EHRsExperience building consumer-facing productsFamiliar with cloud platforms, particularly AWSDemonstrated history of innovation, rapid growth, or standout contributions — through promotions, original projects, academic excellence or similarCompensation and BenefitsModerate base salary + high bonus plan + substantial equity - commensurate to experienceWe are committed to the growth and learning of our team.
