Experience :
1 to 3 years into customer service
Responsibilities :
1) Order processing and Master data maintenance in SAP B1
2) Coordination with 3PL (Warehouse)for tracking order shipment status and open orders.
3) Issues handling and resolution with 3PL , SAP, Supply chain
4) Reconciliation of open orders in SAP and 3PL systems
5) Updating sales blankets in SAP(Product pricing)Whenever directed by the US sales team
6 )Checking failure report daily to avoid failure to supply from the customers
Skill Required :
1) Good written and oral communication skills to coordinate with US sales team and customers
2) Good Excel skills for data reporting and database management
3) Understanding of CRM and general sales planning activities
4) Experience in customer service roles and SAP
5) Flexible to work on US Timings
Location : Andheri , Mumbai
