We’re Hiring – STEM Instructor (R&D – STEM Products)Location: ChennaiCompany: MH IntellectAbout the Role:MH Intellect is seeking a passionate and skilled STEM Instructor with R&D experience to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in product development and a deep interest in STEM education. This role involves both teaching and contributing to research and development of innovative STEM products.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interactive STEM classes and workshops for school and college students.- Design, prototype, and test new STEM learning products and educational kits.- Develop electronic circuits, PCB designs, and embedded system projects (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).- Create 3 D designs for educational products using CAD tools such as Fusion 360, Solid Works, or Tinker CAD.- Perform reverse engineering and product improvement tasks.- Collaborate with the R&D team on new concept development and testing.- Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training materials for new STEM products.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of 3 D designing and printing.- Good understanding of electronics, sensors, and programming (C/C++ or Python).- Experience in PCB design using Easy EDA or Ki Cad.- Exposure to reverse engineering and prototyping.- Effective communication and presentation skills.- Passion for STEM education, innovation, and hands-on learning.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering.- 1–3 years of experience in STEM education, R&D, or robotics product development.- Experience with 3 D printers, drones, or robotics kits is an advantage.
